Instructions
Add chicken thighs to slow cooker. In a medium bowl, whisk together all other ingredients until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the chicken evenly, turning the thighs to coat completely in the sauce.
Cover slow cooker and set on HIGH for
3-4 hours

,or until chicken is cooked through.
Using two forks, shred the chicken. Then stir everything together to combine with the sauce. Top with green onions before serving.
