Ingredients
5mediumsweet potatoespeeled and cut into 1" chunks
1largeVidalia onionpeeled and sliced
1largegranny smith applecored and cubed
3cupsvegetable brothgluten free
1 1/2cuphalf and half
2tbspolive oil
2tbspall purpose flour
1tspgarlic powder
1tspcinnamon
1tsponion powder
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspblack pepper
1/4tspnutmeg

Instructions
Add all ingredients (except for half and half) into the slow cooker. Cook on High for 3-4 hours, or on Low for 6-8 hours. When the potatoes are soft, use an immersion blender to puree the vegetables. Stir in half and half, top with extra cinnamon, and serve.
