Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Add any additional milk or ice as-needed until you reach the desired texture.

StorageRefrigerate for 1-2 days in an air-tight container. You may have to shake the smoothie if it sits in the refrigerator, some separation is normal. Cooking Tips
If you use regular yogurt instead of greek yogurt, use slightly less milk and add as-needed until you have a texture that you like.
If you don't have a high-powered blender, pulse a few times beforehand to make sure everything is blended smoothly and nothing gets stuck to the bottom.
I use canned pineapple in 100% juice. The pineapple juice adds sweetness and pineapple flavor to the smoothie without a ton of sugar.
