Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add additional coconut milk or pineapple juice as-needed for flavor and texture. Garnish with pineapple pieces if desired.

If your smoothie is too thick, try adding pineapple juice or water in small amounts until you reach the desired consistency.
If your smoothie is too thin, you can add another handful of ice or more banana.
