Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the onion into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Sprinkle half of the parmesan evenly over the sheet pan, then place the onion slices in a single layer on top of the parmesan.
Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the onion ring slices, then lightly spray each one with olive oil. Add the remaining parmesan on top and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

I recommend using a sheet of parchment paper to make your baking sheet non-stick. It will work a lot better for this recipe.
I use 1-2 large onions for this recipe, or for the smaller side you'd need 2-3 onions.
I like to use a pizza cutter to cut the onion ring chips apart once they've cooled a little bit. It's fast and easy!
