Instructions
In a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat, add garlic, olive oil, and butter.
Add chicken and cook until just done.
Pour stock and half and half over chicken. Add nutmeg and black pepper and stir.
Add penne to pot and stir all ingredients together. Bring to a simmer, and then lower heat slightly.
Cover pot and cook for
8-10 minutes
, or until pasta is cooked al dente. Remove from heat.
Add parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Top with basil and serve.
