3large chicken breasts
3cupschicken broth gluten free
315 oz canscannellini beansdrained
115 oz cancorn kernelsdrained
17 oz canfire roasted diced green chilesdrained
1largeonionchopped
1tbspcumin
1tbspdried oregano
1tspgarlic powder
1/2tspground cinnamon
½tspground white pepper
¼tspground cayenne pepper

Instructions
Add chicken to the instant pot. Add all other ingredients, except for mozzarella cheese. Stir, then lock the lid and seal the pressure valve.
Set on high for 20 minutes, then allow to naturally release. Once the pot is done, remove chicken from the pot and shred with two forks. Add chicken back to the instant pot, stir in shredded cheese and serve.
