Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender and juicy, made with seasoned bite-sized steak pieces seared and tossed in a garlic butter sauce, ready in under 30 minutes!
Using a paper towel, pat the steak pieces dry. Season the steak with the spices. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the olive oil first, then add the steak pieces in a single layer, leaving some room between each piece. Sear for 2-3 minutes or until browned, then turn over and sear the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove the steak bites to a separate plate. You may have to work in batches for this part.
Reduce the heat to medium, and melt two tablespoons of butter in the hot skillet. Add the shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the garlic and cook an additional 1 minute.
Add the steak bites back into the pan with the remaining butter. Toss the steak in the garlic butter sauce for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, or until the steak is fully cooked. Add in fresh parsley, toss gently with the sauce, and serve.

Pat the meat dry with paper towels before seasoning the steak and searing it. Moisture may cause the steak to steam instead of sear correctly.
Try to cut the pieces into evenly sized bites. This ensures that they finish cooking at the same time.
Make sure your skillet is hot before adding the steak, to get the best caramelization and flavor.
Garlic can burn really fast, so only cook it for a minute or less before tossing in the butter and steak.
Watch how long you have the steak in the pan, overcooking can result in a chewy texture.
