Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Puree avocado in food processor.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients (except powdered sugar). Add all other ingredients and stir together until well combined.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for
25-30 minutes
, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Top with powdered sugar once cooled.
