Parmesan & Garlic Gluten Free Breadsticks Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups greek yogurt, plain, nonfat
- 2 cups gluten free all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp double-acting baking powder, gluten free
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp parmesan, grated
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. Stir in Greek yogurt until everything is combined into a dough.
- Add some flour to your hands to help the dough not stick. Taking small pieces at a time, roll the dough between your hands to make long sticks. Place on the baking sheet with a little bit of room between each one.
- Once breadsticks are all on the sheet, spray lightly with cooking oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Bake 10-15 minutes, or until breadsticks are golden brown and crispy.
